- 2-Year Plan — $179 — Two years of service, software updates, and priority support at a discounted rate compared to annual renewal.
- 3-Year Plan — $249 — Three years of service with enhanced priority support and the best per-year value for churches planning long-term use.
- Lifetime Plan — $399 — One-time purchase with lifetime software access, lifetime updates, and dedicated support with direct access to your assigned service manager.
What Every Plan Includes
Every ChurchBooks3 Desktop plan includes church donation tracking, fund accounting, membership management, attendance tracking, payroll records, church financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income vs. Expense, Budget vs. Actual), year-end contribution statements, technical support, and assisted installation.
