ChurchBooks3 Service Level Agreement
This Service Level Agreement (SLA) governs the support, maintenance, and service commitments provided by ChurchBooks3 LLC to subscribers of ChurchBooks3 Desktop church accounting software. By purchasing or activating a ChurchBooks3 service plan, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
Software Access and Licensing
ChurchBooks3 Desktop is licensed software provided for use by a single church or nonprofit organization. Your service plan grants the right to install and use ChurchBooks3 Desktop on one primary church office computer during the term of your service agreement. The Lifetime plan provides permanent access to the software version current at purchase, plus updates released during the lifetime support period.
Technical Support Commitments
All ChurchBooks3 service plans include technical support from our managed services team. Support is provided via email at support@churchbooks3.com and by phone appointment during regular business hours. Annual plan subscribers receive standard support. The 2-Year and 3-Year plans include priority support. The Lifetime plan includes dedicated support with a named service manager.
Software Updates
ChurchBooks3 releases software updates periodically to add features, improve performance, and address technical issues. All active service plan subscribers receive access to updates released during their service term. Updates are installed with the assistance of a service manager to ensure data integrity and a smooth transition.
Data and Backup Responsibility
ChurchBooks3 Desktop stores church financial data locally on your computer. It is your organization's responsibility to maintain regular backups using the built-in backup feature. ChurchBooks3 recommends saving backups to an external drive or cloud storage service in addition to your local computer.
